Ideal Image North Haven

Found an ad online and submit an info request. I understand that not providing pricing information on the internet provides the company with a marketing opportunity but it’s not needed. The pricing was far better than others nearby and the service was great! The consulting staff was knowledgeable. However, the marketing process made me feel like cattle versus that of boutique salon/spa experience - again, a shame because my technician was fantastic. This one factor is my only con to the whole experience.

I'm a school bus driver I have my kids with me all day at work. I have a break in between my shift and didn't have anyone to watch my daughter. Brought her in with me drove 40 minutes to get to North Haven for them to tell me we can't see you cuz she can't sit in the laser hair room. Okay fine can she sit right here in the waiting room my appointment literally takes less than 5 minutes "no that's pushing it we will have to reschedule you". I don't see anything on the website that says you can't bring your child to an appointment with you, just that no one under the age of 13 can get laser hair removal. A lot of people bring their kids with them everywhere because they don't have any other choice...

Always polite staff, very comforting, welcoming setting. I always leave feeling a lot better. (And they always offer goodies, even if it's a nice hot cup of coffee, or an ice cold water) Very thoughtful and sweet.

They canceled my appointment on Saturday and said a payment was needed. When in fact the payment went through and the main customer service reps could not contact North Haven Ct for my appointment. They emailed them an they never called me. I called today an there's no appointments for about a month. We called again an North Haven never responded once again. I will fight with my bank for services that were not done. They want the money an now no services. A cancelation with no explanation but they took the money.

Sierra is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and patient people. makes everything feel easy and you leave feeling good about yourself. She is a GEM! The front desk staff was also personable and helpful. I left a very happy customer!
